Viper FTP Lite

Viper FTP Lite gives you the possibility of connecting to FTP servers on the fly, where you can manage their contents just like on a simple Finder window. It also supports SFTP, WebDav, Box, Amazon and YouTube connections. The application's design is quite efficient, so there is no need for any advanced knowledge or skills to use it. Besides this Lite version, a paid one is available as well, which comes with some extra features.

As previously suggested, the main user interface can serve as a Finder window, regardless if you decide to browse through local data or remote folders. You may connect to a FTP server right away, by clicking a button and inserting the connection details on a drawer menu. Alternatively, you can save your connection profiles as bookmarks, to connect to your servers in the future, without typing any addresses or passwords.

Besides specifying basic connection details, you can also make a few simple tweaks. For example, the software can be set to passive mode, to use a proxy, set permissions for uploaded files and more. Saved connection profiles can be categorized in separate folders, in the bookmarks section. The application will organize them automatically according to their type, but you may create your own folders as well.

It takes only a few seconds to establish a connection to a FTP or other server types. Files can be transferred individually or otherwise by simply dragging and dropping them. Furthermore, tabs can be created on the user interface, which gives you the possibility of managing multiple data banks and transferring data faster and easier.
